Yes, we do ship worlwide by express courier. The shipping fees are automatically calculated depending on your shipping destination when you are in your basket.

We are working without any stock and every piece is made-to-order in our studio in Tuscany (Italy). Production times are 7-10 working days from the day of the order. You will receive an email by DHL Express once your order is sent with the tracking number.

- Italy : 1-2 business days.

- Europe : 3-4 business days.

- Rest of the world: 6-7 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot promise your package will arrive by a certain date. Sometimes packages are held up in customs for seemingly no reason, and transit times can vary greatly from country to country.

When entering your shipping address, please always take care to double check all (code, building, unit, apartment number, floors…).

If you have incorrectly entered your address and not yet received a shipping confirmation from us, please email us or us on Instagram ASAP.

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do until (and if) your order gets returned to us. 

Yes! Since each piece is handmade-to-order, you have the choice to order a standard size or to choose to get a tailored piece. In this case, please, select the "custom" option on the product page and enter your measurements (chest, waist and hips) in the comments section when you are in your basket.If you want to indicate us any other measures (like your height), please feel free to add any other informations.  

If you forgot to add any measures or chose a standard size while you wanted a custom piece you can also send us an email after your order at info@fraisesetdesirs.com.
